PR AWARENESS CAMPAIGN AROUND SECOND WAVE OF PPI PAYOUTS.
JHA was asked to raise awareness of a new wave of PPI claims that millions of customers will be able to claim.
Dubbed PPI 2, the new claims means that anyone who had PPI, even if they were refused a payout before, is now likely to be owed compensation.
JHA launched the awareness campaign in the Sunday Times newspaper which ran the story on pages 1, 2, 6 and 20.
The story revealed how millions of customers could still make claims that were worth billions of pounds in total.
The Sunday Times even ran a comment piece about how disgracefully the banks had acted.
We ensured the story was picked up by a host of other media during the week
We also had a feature run in the Daily Express a fortnight later which was tasted on the front.
Again the article examined how financial institutions were refusing to pay out PPI 2 valid claims and using expensive lawyers to try to block the process.
MoneyPlus Legal featured heavily throughout the two page article along with case studies of its successful cases.
